Illegal, Immoral IEP Letters Sent From Karla Bollesen, Rochester MN School Corporation employee!

All three of these letters once again showcase a school employee directly violating Minnesota State I.EP. laws. You have to mutually agree on a meeting day and time. You have to be given due process to challenge certain people being allowed into the meeting. Even the threat of moving forward with this date and then denying the kids special education support is illegal as they must get parents permission for a evaluation process. Must have parental interaction at all parts of the process and must have parents sign off on the end product. It's a sad day when parents know a bit more about the law and process than the educators.

The very fact they sent these these obvious illegal letters floored an attorney, 2 advocates and a local counselor, all whom have come aboard to help us wade the waters of this murky, lunatic school corp.

These letters are another failed attempt to pick a fight and anger the parents. More mind games from an out of control school corporation leadership group that is Hell bent on destroying anyone who challenges their openly illegal, corrupt, inept culture.

They made "0" serious attempts to reschedule these meeting as law requires. Did not pass along the information that both parents were very sick the morning of the first meeting, had the flu and bronchitis, once again stressing a glaring problem this district has with telling the truth and communication.

And then, the usual spins, lies, playing the blame game.
All they are doing is digging a deeper hole and one day making a legal action, if we choose it, more of a slam dunk and a very good reality.

Lets start with harassment, intimidation, denying rights under A.D.A. and M.V.A.. Not following Minnesota state DOE - IEP rules. We could make a list a mile long of all the failures and illegal shit that has gone on here.

Throw in the obvious attempt to deny a caring, loving father his civil rights as an American as the Supreme Court has ruled free speech doesn't end on school grounds or in school communications.

Illegal, Immoral, Illegal, Immoral, see a pattern here?
