A Educational Nightmare at Rochester Public Schools - Independent School District #535!

Our kids new and proper educational journey started today.
Technically, we use situations and things happening in their lives to teach them life lessons and practices of good citizenship, so this is just an extension of what we were already doing.

Writing and reading exercise's are going well. Both kids are using their own Khan Academy accounts we created and we are pooling from resources from the MHA, Echo-MN and Cickschooling daily emails we both receive. Math and fan fiction writing exercises went on great and were well received. Both kids have a blog and are being encouraged to write every day about things that excite them.
The Khan Academy (link here) is such a great dynamic website and resource, I personally do not know why public schools don't tap into the resource often to enhance the curriculum offered to student's.

My wife, the better half is a grammar Nazi, a very good, talented writer and enjoys art, reading, world history, political science,  usage of proper English and proper grammar.
She excels at foreign languages including German, Japanese and some Spanish. Linguistics just comes easy to her. 
She was also a National Choir Award winner and has an amazing voice and singing ability.

I, dad, enjoy and excel at math, science, world and American history, social studies and art/ music.
I won national writing and school spirit/ achievement awards in school, lettered in band multiple times, and was the person fortunate enough to have the privilege of certain "life lessons" from a very active involvement in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts most of my later school years.

People often pre-judge us, and assume we are stupid, uneducated, moron's when that is exactly the opposite of reality in our lives. People use our "middle class" range income and lack of a desire to be oppressed by their conformity based lives and agenda's to come to the faulty assumptions.
I, like my wife, have strong desires for advanced degree's in certain subject's we are passionate and knowledgeable about, but we put our kids needs in front of ours by choice.
Having a child with two rare chromosome disorders and autism, means him and his care is often a full time job by itself.
He continues to grow and get better, our desires don't get scrapped, they just get put on hold till a more proper time and situation allows for them.   
What great, caring and loving parent or parents doesn't put their kids first in the pecking order of life?

My first-aid training helped me save my younger brother's life 4 times and other family/ acquaintance's multiple times as I don't freak out under pressure and have the God given gift to think and act quickly on my feet. 
Both a miracle and blessing when a restaurant manager or in a "life or death" situation's unraveling right before your eyes.

I and my wife, use those learned skills and life lessons to help our kids become better people on a daily basis.

We both have extensive technological backgrounds and a strong desire to integrate new tech into our kids education.
Why not use the things kids are somewhat addicted to and love as educational platforms?
Videos games, YouTube, blogs, I pads, Android tablets, ect., its' all within the realm of possibilities if educator's actually try to think outside of the box in making education exciting and actively participate in engaging students.

Plus we both enjoy active involvement and engage in discussions related to American and World politics, social-economic issues and political sciences and economics in general.

We seek out non MSM resources for news and situations and try to look at things going on in the world from a independent voter view point. We both like to debate the good and bad of certain political events and it often leads to exciting and interesting conversations.

I am more than confident, "We got this" and will continue to fill our kids minds full of facts, figures and information to help them become active, fully engaged, citizens of tomorrow!

I'm more than certain that if the Pope himself were to visit the local Rochester Minnesota area, local control hungry educators at the Edison Building would take the same attitude that Sarah Palin has, that he is too extreme and liberal, and they would chase him out of town.

I have witnessed first hand those who call themselves good, moral Christians, yet have that ideology that it's ok to do immoral and unethical behaviors Monday through Saturday as long as you pay your tithe on Sunday and ask God for forgiveness for the horrible acts you commit often.

I will continue to pray for those so full of hate and ill will and hope one day they will change their ways.   

I would respectfully suggest that you apologize to Mr. Bakken for any recent inappropriate statements to local school staff and give me permission to assure school officials that you will not use profanity in the future or berate school officials.

I gave this two faced piece of shit a release to talk to our lawyer during a visit at the Edison Building today while visiting the Rochester School Corporation 2nd floor offices and what does he do, he uses it to lie to our lawyer, spin shit and use open deception to muddy the waters in our situation.

I told the lawyer, Goons #1-5 will get an apology when I get written ones from  all of them.
I'm not doing another one sided apology for these assholes.
Not in a million years, not in this life time.

And as to the whole communications thing, I can get a get a simple injunction from a Federal judge and force them to re-open the lines of communication. If they choose not to comply, fines or contempt and then jail.

The great thing is, if we go that route, the illegal letters and everything that has went on will become part of the public record forever, which would be great in garnering more public attention in this situation and would be searchable by anyone online who has internet access.

I will now gladly make Mr. Bakken Goon #5 and add him to the list of the dishonest, immoral, pathetic, do as they please, you are a total joke, school leadership team at the Edison Building.

This must be a requirement to work there. You must excel at not telling the truth, not having ethics, a moral code and breaking the law. You must be able to lie to people faces and break laws and federal acts/ statutes without a second thought.

You must be able to act like a snake, have no respect for parental rights and have a general, I am God mentality as do the rest of those who work in the building under the King and Queen of the School Corporation.

This really doesn't surprise me, this is why I won't give these horribly criminal and unethical goons free reign to my kids medical records. They are doing everything they can to harass, threaten, defame, and hurt us and they would look for any in to go at us.
We have nothing to hide Thank God, I just don't won't to give these Godless heathens full of hatred and malice more ammunition to try to hurt us with.

I will continue to pray for them and hope one day they will find faith, God, religion and possibly be saved.
I hope God will show mercy on these horrible people for the deliberate instigating acts they continue to do against a mother and father who have chosen to take a rightous stand against those who often do wrong and try to hurt us by choice.

Is wanting your kids to have a proper education a crime no. Is wanting the people involved in your kids education to do more than just collect a damn paycheck, Hell no. If you do not want to take a vested interest in how my kids is doing at school, good or bad, do us all a favor and get the Hell out of the education system. I don't like onions on my double cheese burger or pickles on my sub please, when you move on to the golden arches or Subway.Those will probably be the only jobs that will take your sorry ass and I doubt you'd last long there as doing efficient or hard work is not a requirement for those currently part of the education process here in Rochester.

 I have heard the laughable, "You are moving too fast" argument more times than I can count now coming from people here employed in the school system.
I'm sorry, is a snails pace too fast for you? Maybe we should slow things down to a parked car speed so you can be comfortable and just say F#$k the kids. I only utter the last sentence as people's personal schedules and agendas were all damn important when we were trying to get our kids into school. No one cared. They just then, as they have now have two speeds here, slow and slower. 

I have a strong belief that God will not allow the transgressors at the Edison Building to continue their reign of terror on families like mine who choose to stand up, speak out and say we aren't taking this corrupt, crooked shit anymore.

God and Karma are wonderful things and they will stop and turn back those who continue to oppress us, one way or another!!!!  

I have strong beliefs and faith that the Lord will stop and punish these people with the fruits of their hard work, Amen!
