Victoria Richettea, Mayo High Library Media Paraprofessional acts like one of the Goon 5, very unprofessional!

This was an another deliberate swipe and poorly attempted personal attack involving an over glorified librarian that isn't in the know regarding the situation that transpired Friday at the home base of the Rochester School Crime family leadership, the Edison Building.

A simple prior arrangement that that was in place was made with no problems.
They would find our daughters coat and bring any personal effects that was in my teen sons locker who went to Mayo to the Homeschooling head, we would at pick up, drop off any school materials we had still.

Open communication is a nightmare here and with the use of cell phones, I pads and email systems, the head here often has no clue what the as is doing.

Once again, who with a brain would want their kids in this district?

Update: My wife replied with a strong and terse worded email reply explaining this has been taken care of and like many things happening in the school district, is beyond her pay grade.

And in the email, it seems my wife was quoted retail cost of replacing the books.
Schools are not taxed entities and often receive volume and educator's discounts when buying materials as they purchase so much in bulk.

Ouch, that whole "Knowledge is Power" thing stings sometimes...

Certain local educators and Sarah Palin believe they are above God's laws and the Pope's instruction on how to be a good Christian!

I'm more than certain that if the Pope himself were to visit the local Rochester Minnesota area, local control hungry educators at the Edison Building would take the same attitude that Sarah Palin has, that he is too extreme and liberal, and they would chase him out of town.

I have witnessed first hand those who call themselves good, moral Christians, yet have that ideology that it's ok to do immoral and unethical behaviors Monday through Saturday as long as you pay your tithe on Sunday and ask God for forgiveness for the horrible acts you commit often.

I'm pretty sure they have an odd, misaligned view of religion here and when they die and must be judged like the rest of us, all of the bad they did daily to further the conformist agenda here, will be gigantic negative marks in the book of life against these people.

Do yourself a favor fake Christians, lead by example and be a some of your good works.
Going to a church every Sunday does not make you a good believer, just like sitting in a garage doe not make you a car.
I will continue to pray for those so full of hate and ill will and hope one day they will change their ways.

This Guy Needs a Dummies Guide For Superintendents/ Business Leaders On Twitter,Real, First Hand Depiction of a Michael Munoz Experience!

I look at Rochester Public Schools - Independent School District #535, Superintendent Michael Munoz's Twitter feed and it is laughably bad.

This is the Twitter feed of a strong, proven leader or a business professional?

It looks like some of the very bad feeds I have seen in searches ran by teens or people with no business or leadership backgrounds.

There is no discussions or tweets on core educational issues, nothing stressing or talking about problems, just pure public relations based garbage.

I mean, it almost seems like the guy is trying to be cool or relevant with kids in the district instead of showing that strong, leadership example and supposed skill set he was brought in to put on display.
I'm pretty sure he wasn't paid and vetted to be the best friend to students and teachers, but to lead them and right now, I just don't see it.

Someone, please get this guy either a Twitter or Social Networking Guide for Dummies and maybe lets see some of the promised leadership initiatives and great dynamic changes, your promised to bring about when you signed on.
The community is still waiting. 2 years have come and gone and nothing amazing has happened as of yet?

All I see from my vantage point is a lot of "smoke and mirrors" and no substance at this point.

And from my personal dealings with Michael Munoz through a illegal and criminal letter he and Brenda Lewis sent, violating two parent's civil rights, most specifically, the rights to free expression, he is that atypical angry Hispanic leader, that imposes his hardcore overzealous Catholic views and authoritarian, anal conformist views, that school figures are 100% right on anyone who speaks out against him or offers an opposing view point.

(Search this blog, complete downloadable scans from my Dropbox account are available!)

Trust me when I say, he is not a great communicator, is not well liked as this horrible p.r. piece would leave you to believe and is not the dynamic visionary leader this joke of a biographical description makes him out to be:

Mr. Michael Muñoz started his tenure as Superintendent of Rochester Public Schools on Friday, July 1, 2011. Mr. Muñoz comes to Rochester from Des Moines, Iowa, where he most recently was the Chief Academic Officer of Des Moines Public Schools, a diverse district of 32,000 students. Board members and supervisors describe Mr. Muñoz as having extensive knowledge of all academic programs and services, as an advocate to high achievement for all, as an excellent communicator, and as a visionary leader. He engages the community, is collaborative in his work, and is highly respected by his staff as a productive and positive leader.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Academic Officer, Mr. Muñoz served as regional executive director for the Northeast Region of Des Moines Public Schools. Mr. Muñoz's other work experiences include classroom teaching at both the middle school and high school levels, elementary and secondary school counselor, and principal at the elementary and middle school levels. In his time at Des Moines Public Schools, Muñoz has focused on increasing graduation rates, college enrollment, and the number of students on track to graduate college-ready. In his 32 years in education, Mr. Muñoz has been a strong supporter and facilitator of partnerships between schools, businesses, and the community.

Born and raised in Lexington, Nebraska, Mr. Muñoz earned his bachelor's degree in secondary education from the University of Nebraska, a master's degree in Developmental Counseling and administrative degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and a specialist degree from Iowa State University.
This is the public relations section of the Rochester Schools website for those of us who have dealt with the often angry, unreasonable, Rochester Public Schools - Independent School District #535 Superintendent Michael Munoz: (Link here )

He is trigger happy, over reacts often and from what I have read and in conversations I have had with others locally, many share the opinion that he is not qualified to run a school corporation of this size, budget or student enrollment.

I have seen glaring deficiencies in how people at the Edison building have handled various tasks and the huge communications and follow through problems that exist.

I can't wait till the new Mayo Clinic facilities come on line and a deluge of new students come into the district.
They can't handle doing the small things right now with a average size enrollment for a city this size, I will sit back and watch as things unravel at the seams and they "crash and burn" under the continuous stresses of dramatic, enrollment increases.

From what I have seen, they don't have the right role players in leadership positions and when someone commits a major screw up, their is no re-direction, retraining or accountability.

They actual engage in cover-ups, well choreographed attacks on anyone who questions a mistake and they use a culture of silencing, harassment, threats, police abuses/ brutality through a police liaison, illegal letters that ban federally protected rights and other malicious, Goon or Mob family like tactics.

So, when enrollment, paper work and Edison Building office staff demands increase, they won't be ready.

I will be one of those guys gladly proclaiming, "see I told you so", as I did try to help things become a little more efficient using best practices used in successful business management, and they all were so high strung and superior in their own minds, that no one wanted to listen to some decent, fair, honest feed back.

So, I'll sit back, watch and wait.

That "crash and burn" moment, either because of failed leadership at the top or by middle management will come eventually, and a bit of me will feel avenged when these gigantic failures and problems are a very openly discussed, public ordeal in the local media...

Where in the world are those missing Ipads? Not in student's hands!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only cool cat in town to question the magical I pads that never fell into students hands at Rochester Public Schools - Independent School District #535.

They did though find their way into school building leaders hands and employee's at the Edison Building amazingly.

Thank you Lord, Superintendent Michael Munoz made a I-miracle happen for those who needed the high tech devices the most!

I'm actually one of the parent's who believe that kids need to embrace a technology based future, so I will surround them with these things without waiting for school administrators who don't care and move just a pinch faster than a parked car.

I truly believe many Amish communities will see a laptop/ I pad program or tech push, before it ever happens here...

Karl Bakkan. Goon #5, Rochester Public Schools Program Administrator Tries the Whole Harass and Intimidate Game Again!

This is the Edison Building located in Rochester Minnesota, administrative offices for Rochester Public Schools - Independent School District #535.
We stopped into the building to talk to the nice ladies at the two divided windows about removing our children from this horrible school corporation and home schooling them as we have been researching the very good alternative for 2 plus weeks now.
The enrollment ladies were super nice, respectful and even went as far as to lend my daughter a few books to read while we waited to finish the process.
Those ladies working behind the glass window with the two booths, really have their shit together and I truly commend them for their part of this whole school experience which has been exceptional.

Guess who comes down the stairs with the Home schooling representative from the corporation, Mr. No ethics himself, Karl Bakken. (or Goon #5 as we lovingly call him now)
He once again was attempting to get in the middle of a process he had no business being part of and was trying to push me or my wife to loose our tempers on school property, adding substance to their false narrative, lies and deliberate deceptions.

The guy literally stood so close to me and my wife (who was holding our son with autism in her lap in her wheel chair) that either one of us could have smelled the sweat dripping off his ball sack.
Who in their right mind gets extremely close to a child with autism on purpose, unless his aim and goal was to set off a strong emotional response from the child as autistic children do not like anyone in their personal space.
Our son doesn't even want us, the parents close to him unless he asks for or initiates the attention.
He was trying to instigate a emotional meltdown of our autistic child, to introduce chaos in the environment and stress on us, the parents deliberately.
A total no class, jerkoff, asshole moment. I really have no nice way to say it.
Just a devious, master manipulator doing what he does best with very bad intentions might I add.

He was hovering over my wife and trying to put on some type of show of force or strength towards her, almost leaning over her several times.

See, this is how the play mind games at the Edison Building.

The don't Fuck with an equal, strong minded opponent (me).

They continue to try to Fuck with my wife, thinking she's weak and will back down, and in all reality, she is only biting her tongue and holding back at my request.
My wife literally would have ripped Mr. Bakken a new asshole verbally as she is a very strong woman.
She has very strong debating skills and is sharp as a razor with facts, word manipulation and thinking on her feet.

Poor Mr. Bakken never would have seen it coming and would have ran away with his tail between his legs.
He probably would have called security or the police as this is what these types do. They pick a fight, agitate things on purpose and then call the school "rent a cop" to try to control you and make you back down.
Doesn't work so well with people that know how to counteract deliberate set up situations and those doing things with "ill will" and "malicious" intent.

I got the typical "talking down to me" from the homeschool department lady even though I had thoroughly researched this and knew what was required by Minnesota law.
I have Net connected devices and we both are tech savvy, give me a break people. You really think too highly of yourselves if you think for a second I wouldn't go into any school meeting or situation armed with research and facts. I research a ton of things out of natural curiosity and me and the better half are avid Google user's as we both know, knowledge is power!

After we ended our kids horrific enrollment and started the process of getting them a good, relevant, non control/ conformity based education, Goon #5 actually had the audacity to ask me if this means we aren't going forward now with the IEP evaluations.

What he didn't know or failed to disclose, is the fact that I can still demand IEP's for all the kids even though they are being home schooled. He wasn't going to freely offer this information I already knew about. The very nice and respectable home schooling director did remind him and us that it was an available option, so I truly believe now that there is some good people working at that building. The good ones are in the minority, but the do exist.

I told his straight out and in a very direct way, "SHUT IT DOWN NOW. ALL OF IT!"
I don't mince words with people who lie to me and go out of their way to disrespect me so I was more than happy when he walked away in disgrace. I stood up to him and in my tone basically said, your manipulations and harassment are over chief. I will give these kids a high quality education that encourages them to ask questions, come to their own conclusions and question everything as young students with minds like sponges should.
I'm not going to further an agenda of compulsory education that teaches kids what to think or how to do so.
I'm going to push them to gather facts and decide on their own.

The deprogramming of the conformist, "sheeple" creating machine has begun.

In that short moment that he asked me if I wanted the IEP evaluation process to move forward, I so wanted to be a smart ass and say something to the effect of, what do you Fucking think with all the bullshit and drama that has went on, but I decided to take the high road, be the better man and set a great example for my daughter and teen son who were present on how you bow out gracefully when dealing with difficult people.

In closing, I don't really feel that anyone won or lost this round.
I just pulled my kids out of a situation where bad people where getting off on using them as emotional pawns against us.
They were willing to go as far to hurt and not guarantee the safety of our severely disabled child.
Don't give an oppressor any power, they cannot hurt you.

Balance, it is a beautiful thing!
